Contact zodify
Project questions, bug reports, documentation corrections, and private security reporting.
Questions and ordinary bugs
Use the project's GitHub Issues for usage questions, reproducible bugs, and documentation corrections. Search existing issues first. Include the installed zodify version, Python version, the API you called, a minimal example with synthetic data, the result you expected, and what happened. GitHub sign-in is required to create an issue.
The project is maintained by Jun Young Sohn. Reports are reviewed as maintainer time allows; no response deadline or guaranteed fix is promised. This documentation site has no contact form or support account system. Public GitHub issues are visible to other people, so remove credentials, API keys, personal data, and sensitive error messages before posting.
Report suspected vulnerabilities privately
Use the repository's private vulnerability report form for suspected security problems. Do not disclose exploit details or secrets in public issues. The security policy describes what to include and the maintained release boundary. GitHub sign-in is required for private reports.
